Kevin Holland has come into the UFC on an absolute tear. With a strong 12-3 record before making his UFC debut on Dana White's Contender Series, Holland's been active as a fighter could through 2018-2019.

This year he's turned it up and then some, with 5 fights in the books and having decimated middleweight well-known "Jacare" Souza with some freakish punches off of his back.

With a dramatic KO over Joaquin Buckley who brought UFC to a global stage with his crazy feat of athleticism to get a KO himself earlier this year - Holland's gone from strength to strength, three fights and 3 victories on from that win.

Whilst de Souza is quite old in the game, he started the fight quickly and gave Holland very little time to implement any sort of game plan. Whilst "Jacare" was dominating top position, Holland was able to create space and generate power, landing two brutal hooks and de Souza still out on his stool.

Humble in victory, the win take Kevin Holland into the top 10 UFC Middleweight rankings and into top competition. An impressive win, a top year for the Californian native and someone to keep an eye on come 2021.
